Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am.
With the standard rate, cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are free of charge. Cancellations between 7 and 2 days before check-in incur a penalty of 50% of the total booking value, and within 2 days of check-in a penalty of 100%.
Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded if cancelled or modified.
The tourist tax set by the Municipality of Florence is charged separately: up to 5 euros per person per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights. Children up to 12 years old are exempt.
Pets are not allowed in our properties. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and in the common areas: a penalty of 300 euros is charged for each violation.
